Julia Tylor is a digital-journalism student at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in Phoenix, Arizona.  She is a National Merit Scholar and an honors student working toward a master’s degree in mass communication. She also works as a copy editor at The Arizona Republic.

The concept of Probably Edible grew from Julia’s penchant for trying new foods, no matter how strange.  Its purpose is to give in-depth (and sometimes tongue-in-cheek) reviews of atypical food items found in a typical grocery store.  If you’ve ever thought, “Who eats this stuff?” Probably Edible just might have the answer.

Sounds like the Green Pepper Jelly is a useful product to even a score. You can appear to be presenting a gift, but perhaps not.
